Albert Bartlett, a leader in the UK potato industry since 1948, is on the lookout for dedicated Mash Mixers to join our team, specifically for Saturday and Sunday shifts. This position is vital to our production of high-quality chilled and frozen potato products, ensuring our mixing processes meet our exceptional standards.
As a Mash Mixer working on weekends, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing mash according to our defined recipes and production schedules. Your strong attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:- Operate and prepare mixing machinery for the production of mashed potato products.
- Accurately follow recipes and production specifications to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and texture, making adjustments when necessary.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with our strict standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of mixing equipment to adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production staff to align mixing schedules with operational needs.
- Document production activities including batch logs and quality control checks.
Shift Hours: Saturday: 0600 - 1830, Sunday: 0600 - 1830
Requirements:
