We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Hygiene Manager to join our team on the night shift. This role is critical in ensuring that all manufacturing hygiene processes comply with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining a safe and clean production environment for our FMCG operations.

Shift & Hours: Nightshift (hours to be confirmed)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust hygiene management systems across manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
  • Lead and manage a large hygiene team, providing training, guidance, and support to enhance performance and compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hygiene risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and health & safety teams to coordinate hygiene activities effectively.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on hygiene performance for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to food manufacturing hygiene.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in hygiene management within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector, preferably on nightshift operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in food hygiene, quality management, or related fields are preferred.
