Key Responsibilities- Set up and calibrate machinery to meet production specifications efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance and promptly address any machinery issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor the production process to ensure high-quality standards are continuously met.
- Keep accurate records of machine settings and production outputs for quality control.
- Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative, smooth-running production environment.
- Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures.
Rate of pay: £12.67/hour
Requirements
- Previous experience in machine setting or a similar role within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of machinery operation, particularly in food production.
