Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and calibrate machinery to meet production specifications efficiently.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and promptly address any machinery issues to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure high-quality standards are continuously met.
  • Keep accurate records of machine settings and production outputs for quality control.
  • Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative, smooth-running production environment.
  • Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures.
Working hours: Monday-Friday- Dayshift
Rate of pay: £12.67/hour
Requirements
  • Previous experience in machine setting or a similar role within a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of machinery operation, particularly in food production.
