We are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Setter for our backshift operations. In this crucial role, you will ensure that our production machinery operates smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to uphold our commitment to quality in every product we deliver. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate production machinery for various product runs
- Oversee machine performance during production and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery operates at optimal efficiency
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Accurately document machine settings, production data, and any maintenance conducted
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Hours of Work
Backshift role available; specific hours to be discussed during the interview process. Hourly rate: £12.67/hour.
