FLT Driver – Chilled Intake (Backshift)

Location: Airdrie, North Lanarkshire

Shift: Backshift Monday-Friday 14:00-22:30 OR 16:00-00:30

Join the UK's leading potato supplier. At Albert Bartlett, we've been growing, sourcing and packing potatoes for generations. Our Chilled division in Airdrie is looking for an experienced FLT Driver to join the Chilled Intake team on backshift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating FLT and pallet truck equipment safely and efficiently
  • Loading, unloading and moving stock throughout the Intake area
  • Supplying production lines with materials as required
  • Accurately recording stock movements and completing documentation
  • Carrying out daily equipment checks
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping
  • Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
  • Working closely with the Intake Team Leader and wider production teams
Requirements:
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
  • Previous FLT experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or food production environment
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible, reliable and committed to maintaining high standards
