As an Experienced Fork Lift Truck Driver, you will apply your skills to effectively manage the movement of goods, ensuring everything operates smoothly and safely. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Ensure precise inventory management by organizing and labeling supplies appropriately.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on forklifts, promptly addressing any operational concerns.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to promote a secure work environment and reduce risks.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational objectives efficiently.
  • Assist in stocktaking and report any discrepancies found in inventory records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and embrace new technologies.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid Forklift Truck License (Counterbalance and/or Reach).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations regarding forklift operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as required by business operations.
Competitive hourly rate: £*****/hour. Shifts available include: Days, Backs, and Nights as per operational needs. Benefits: 31 days of annual leave (inclusive of statutory holidays), Free parking, Flexible.
