We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Chilled Despatch Administrator to join our logistics team. This role is vital in managing our chilled despatch operations and ensuring that our products are delivered to customers efficiently and on time.
As a Chilled Despatch Administrator, you will oversee the administrative functions related to the despatch of chilled products, including order processing, inventory management, and communication with transport providers. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to maintaining our high standards of service.
Responsibilities- Process and manage orders for chilled products, ensuring accuracy in order entry and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the production team to monitor stock levels and communicate any production issues.
- Prepare necessary documentation for dispatch, including delivery notes and invoices.
- Liaise with external transport providers to schedule collections and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of despatch activities and inventory levels.
