Albert Bartlett is seeking a reliable and diligent Office Cleaner to join our team, working Sunday to Thursday during the backshift hours. As a vital member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic office environment to support our business operations.

Your role will involve performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure our offices are spotless and welcoming for all staff and visitors. We value attention to detail and commitment to high standards as part of our ongoing dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize office areas, including desks, floors, restrooms, and communal spaces.
  • Ensure waste is disposed of appropriately and recycling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
  • Complete assigned cleaning schedules efficiently during the backshift hours.

Shift Pattern: Sunday 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Thursday 17:00 to 01:00, and every 3rd Saturday job until finish.

Salary: £12.79 p/h + 50p/hr backshift allowance

Requirements
  • Previous cleaning experience in office or commercial environments preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing tasks thoroughly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during backshift hours.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety practices related to cleaning tasks.
  • Good communication skills to report issues and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting as necessary.
