EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in a service position involving supply chain, shipping and receiving.
- Demonstrated basic level competency with Microsoft Windows.
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop win-win relationships across various levels of Center Staff.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Excellent people/ customer service orientation skills.
- Innate curiosity to learn and understand relationships.
- Knowledge of various Supply Chain software tools.
- Ability to perform the job according to conduct defined by the AMC Code of Conduct and Employee Manual.
- Ability to use good judgment when performing the functions of the job or when interacting with others.
- Accept and carry out direction, work cooperatively with others and avoid interpersonal conflict.
- Adhere to AMC's policies, procedures, and practices, and to utilize AMC's problem-solving processes for resolving grievances or disagreements.
