Work Arrangement: Remote with 2 days per week in the office (Spitalfields), 3 days WFH. Relaxed, non-clockwatching culture. The CTO is usually in on Tuesdays and sometimes Thursdays.

Business Growth: Driven by M&A (mergers and acquisitions).

Company Overview: Aosphere is a data product owned by a large law firm (Allen & Overy). The technology is under Persistent Systems, a sub-company owned by Allen & Overy. Backed by Inflexion and NDK2 VCs.

Product: A data platform providing advisory information for lawyers, focusing on data privacy and jurisdictional summaries (300-400 pages in-depth). Current platform experience is poor: lacking search capability, outdated tech requiring a refresh.

Role: Mid-senior level Product Manager. Must interface well with the business and have the experience to define a roadmap and implement missing features. Requires someone who has worked in scrappier environments, preferably with experience launching greenfield products and working with offshore teams.

Team: The CTO is the only permanent employee at Aosphere. The CPO has been with the company for 15 years but lacks a strong product background.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with the CTO and push back into the business, working with the commercial team, sales, marketing, and operations. Assess the market, competition, and product fit, translating insights into epic user stories.

Ideal Candidate: Experience in scrappier environments. Technical capability (basic understanding of APIs, subscription management). Experience with B2B, platforms, and subscription-based products. GenAI experience is a plus.
