As UX Product Manager, working alongside our Head of Product and within a small product team, you will be primarily responsible for the UI / UX strategy for our products, ensuring the implementation of the strategy via a UI / UX roadmap and management throughout the development process to deliver updates which enhance the experience of our users.

You will support the team in achieving the UI & UX strategy, documenting, creating a design library and sharing the vision with the product and technology team and the wider organization.

Although the role will be primarily UX / UI focused, due to the dynamic nature of the product team there will also be a need and opportunity to contribute to the more functional elements and features of the products by creating new features or stories to improve features and managing these through the development process (primarily these will be where design / UI / UX are key).
