As a Property Manager, you’re the primary point of contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring assets are safe, compliant and profitable while delivering first-class customer service. Every interaction should demonstrate our four core values:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a fast-paced environment, with a clear pathway for career development and the chance to contribute to the success of a growing business. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that our landlords and tenants receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of properties, handling day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Tenant and Landlord Relations: Act as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing timely communication and resolutions to issues.
- Maintenance Coordination: Arrange and manage property repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring all works are completed to a high standard. Identify required maintenance or proposed refurbishments and liaise with landlords to obtain quotes and instruct works.
- Routine Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and addressing any issues proactively. Prepare inventories, manage check-in/out appointments, negotiate deposit deductions and liaise with deposit adjudicators.
- New Tenancy Onboarding: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and inventory management, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the property management software, updating details and filing documents as required.
What You’ll Need
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and tenants effectively.
- Customer Service: Ability to provide a high level of customer service, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ residential property management.
- Knowledge of Scottish Property Laws: Understanding of Scottish property laws, tenant rights, and landlord obligations.
- Qualifications: Industry Qualification (ARLA / Letwell).
- SME Professional proficiency.
