Albany Growth are partnered with a fast scaling HealthTech company building software used daily by frontline NHS staff which helps GPs, Nurses, Doctors and other specialists do their jobs easier and faster ultimately benefitting the wider public and reduce wait times.
Their platform is already live across multiple customers, with strong demand and a growing pipeline and they’re now hiring a Staff Front End Engineer as a key addition to their engineering team.
This is a hands‑on, product focused role where you’ll help shape and evolve user facing experiences used in real clinical environments, working closely with Product and Engineering in a small, high trust team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and delivering end‑to‑end frontend features
- Building and evolving applications in Vue.js (Vue experience not required though)
- Working closely with Product to shape intuitive workflows and experiences
- Writing production code daily (not a strategy‑only role)
- Solving real‑world UX and frontend engineering challenges
- Contributing to performance, scalability and maintainability
Tech environment:
- Complex B2B systems with heavy integrations
- Modern APIs and component‑based architecture
- Product‑focused engineering environment
- Strong frontend engineering experience with Vue / React / Angular
- Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and UI engineering
- Comfortable owning problems end‑to‑end with minimal direction
- Experience in regulated or operationally complex environments is a plus
