Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Control Project Manager to lead projects ensuring IT systems, processes, and controls meet regulatory, compliance, and internal standards. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with technology, risk, and business teams, and ensuring controls are designed, implemented, and monitored effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT control-related projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Business teams to implement, monitor, and maintain IT controls
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, FCA, Solvency II) and internal policies
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation actions are implemented
- Coordinate control testing, remediation, and reporting activities

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk registers, project plans, and control logs
Key Experience
