Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery
- Guide international teams of technical specialists, business users, and consultants through complex project lifecycles.
- Define clear objectives and outcomes with stakeholders, ensuring benefits are realised.
- Build detailed delivery plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies, putting mitigation strategies in place early.
