Senior Product Owner - Intelliflo

Albany Beck is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner with deep Intelliflo Office expertise to support one of our key financial‑services clients in the ongoing rollout, optimisation, and adoption of the Intelliflo platform.

Our client is a leading wealth‑management firm, and the Intelliflo Office platform is central to their end‑to‑end client servicing model. This role will be central to supporting the ongoing rollout and adoption of Intelliflo and to ensure the platform is optimally utilised across the organisation, enhancing efficiency, consistency, and client service quality.

Role Overview

As the Senior Product Owner, you will act as the subject‑matter expert for Intelliflo Office, shaping the strategic use of the platform while providing hands‑on functional support. You will collaborate closely with business teams, advisers, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption, effective configuration, and continuous improvement of Intelliflo’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product support and optimisation activities for Intelliflo across multiple business units
• Act as the go‑to SME for platform functionality, workflows, and best‑practice configuration
• Drive rollout activities, change management, and user adoption
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical Intelliflo solutions
• Partner with operational teams to identify process improvements and enhance platform usage
• Support testing, configuration changes, and issue resolution
• Contribute to the platform roadmap with insights into user needs and product capabilities

About You

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Intelliflo, including workflows, reporting, client management, valuations, and advice processes
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proven background in financial services, wealth management, or investment operations
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non‑technical users
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving business needs
• Previous experience in product ownership, business analysis, or platform management is ideal
