Albany Beck is hiring for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services and wealth management to work on a long term Fees Programme with one of our Investment Banking clients. You will be contributing to both short-term fee reviews and the implementation of a transformative, long-term fee solution. Key Responsibilities: Quickly understand and navigate a complex fees environment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to challenge needs, prioritize tasks, and develop an effective roadmap. Engage with compliance, risk, and consumer duty workstreams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Leverage Agile methodologies to deliver results efficiently within a wider programme of work. Plan, manage, and execute project activities with a project management mindset. Participate in and support end-to-end testing to ensure solution integrity. Perform data analysis, with proficiency in Excel being a plus. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, particularly in wealth management. Strong background in Fees and can learn a complex fees environment quickly. Strong testing experience in large-scale projects. Familiarity with Avaloq or similar systems (preferable). Competency in project management, with the ability to plan and manage activities across multiple workstreams. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively. Desirable Skills: Data analysis expertise, particularly in Excel. Agile skillsets and methodology experience.
