We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Programme Support to join our Change & Transformation Practice, with an immediate deployment opportunity onsite with one of our leading Financial Services clients, based in London. This role will be to support the Head of Change within a Financial Services transformation environment. This role sits at the centre of programme activity and requires exceptional attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will take ownership of senior stakeholder materials, programme reporting, meeting facilitation, and administrative support, while also contributing to the development and socialisation of change frameworks and ways of working. This is a 6-month contract initially, with potential to extend based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality packs and materials for senior stakeholders, ensuring exceptional formatting, clarity, and accuracy.
- Provide PA and programme support to the Head of Change, including diary support, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
- Create, proofread, and maintain PowerPoint decks, sourcing and shaping content as required.
- Attend meetings and workshops, take clear, structured notes, and track and chase actions.
- Support the development and socialisation of change frameworks, including updates to job descriptions and delivery approaches.
- Create, maintain, and update SharePoint sites and pages.
- Track programme and team actions using Excel and Asana.
- Produce monthly and bi-weekly programme reports using Clarity PPM, covering status, risks and issues, milestones, financials, benefits, dependencies, and FTE allocations.
- Generate ad hoc and recurring reports, including learning completion, feedback, and programme performance metrics.
- Support spreadsheet analysis, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data validation.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience producing materials for senior stakeholders within change or programme environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in pack creation, formatting, and proofreading.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (including formulas and data analysis).
- Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and content.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops, capture discussions, and manage actions.
- Experience using Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power BI (dashboards and workflows).
- Awareness of PPM and change frameworks / methodologies.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and challenging on quality where required.
- Experience within Financial Services or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Clarity PPM reporting.
- Experience supporting transformation or enterprise change programmes.
