Overview
You will act as the bridge between product, technology, and operations – driving alignment, managing priorities, and ensuring the current settlement framework remains stable and effective while new systems are introduced. This isn\’t a migration role, but a leadership position focused on delivery, continuity, and control.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of product features, user stories, and best practices.
- Ensure existing systems and processes maintain full functionality during the introduction of new technology.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to define and prioritise requirements for both legacy and new tools.
- Maintain oversight of product performance, dependencies, and timelines to ensure readiness for testing and go-live.
- Champion effective ways of working, bringing teams into alignment with agile principles and delivery excellence.
- Support ongoing testing and validation phases – ensuring a robust framework is in place.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner within Asset Servicing or a related financial operations environment.
- Strong understanding of settlement processes and data flow between systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – confident leading from the front.
- Highly organised, diligent, and delivery-focused, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards to manage backlogs and sprints.
