Albany Beck is supporting a major global financial markets and data organisation through a significant post-merger transformation programme. As part of this ongoing integration journey, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help establish and scale a unified Product Operating Model across business and technology functions. This role sits at the centre of a complex organisational transformation, focused on integrating teams, processes, tooling, governance, and delivery practices following a large-scale merger. The successful candidate will help drive alignment across previously separate operating structures while embedding modern product management principles and improving execution across the organisation. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the integration and harmonisation of product management practices following a large-scale merger
  • Help establish a consistent Product Operating Model across newly combined business and technology teams
  • Drive alignment of governance, prioritisation, tooling, delivery standards, and ways of working across multiple organisational units
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies, duplication, and process fragmentation resulting from integration activity
  • Support organisational redesign and operating model evolution as part of the broader transformation programme

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Lead delivery of complex product and transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Translate strategic integration objectives into clear roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to improve customer and operational outcomes

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within large, complex enterprise organisations

  • Experience establishing or scaling Product Operating Models and product management practices
  • Deep understanding of agile delivery, governance structures, and enterprise operational frameworks
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution within evolving organisational structures
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior audiences
  • Experience within financial services, capital markets, enterprise data, or technology-led organisations preferred
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, tooling, or modern product practices advantageous
