Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a portfolio of strategic and regulatory initiatives for a leading financial services client. This role will focus on driving high-quality requirements definition, stakeholder alignment and supporting execution across multiple concurrent programmes. You will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling successful delivery across complex change initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to work across key European regulatory frameworks and contribute to large-scale transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements & Analysis
    • Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from elicitation through to validation
    • Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, process flows and data models
    • Conduct gap analysis (as-is vs. target state)
    • Ensure requirements align with regulatory obligations and business objectives
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Interface with business, product and technology teams across multiple workstreams
    • Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder engagement and sign-off
    • Identify, escalate and manage risks, issues and dependencies
  • Delivery Support
    • Support multiple programmes in parallel within a fast-paced environment
    • Ensure requirements are delivery-ready, clearly defined and traceable
    • Collaborate with development and QA teams
    • Support UAT, defect management and resolution
  • Governance & Control
    • Maintain full traceability of requirements for audit readiness
    • Contribute to RAID logs, decision tracking and programme governance frameworks
    • Ensure adherence to best practice and regulatory standards

Key Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services
  • Strong regulatory change experience, including:
    • MiFID
    • Solvency II (TPT/QRT)
    • Dutch regulatory frameworks (FTK, MER, MESRAP, CCI)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong requirements gathering, data analysis and documentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within asset servicing, custody or fund administration environments
  • Exposure to data mapping and SQL
  • Experience working with global teams and third-party vendors
