We are seeking a detailâdriven Marketing Executive to support and manage a largeâscale content migration project. This role requires strong marketing execution capability, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a solid understanding of regulated environmentsâideally within financial services or other complex, highâgrowth sectors. The Marketing Executive will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and external suppliers to ensure content is migrated efficiently, remains compliant with regulatory expectations, meets brand standards, and is optimised for digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong working relationships across all levels, including marketing, business leadership, wealthy managers, and internal support teams.
- Collaborate with thirdâparty content creators, suppliers, and SMEs as required.
- Act as a trusted advisor on toneâofâvoice, brand compliance, and digital execution.
- Develop new and updated marketing content for digital properties (web pages, articles, collateral).
- Ensure all materials comply with relevant regulatory standards, including Consumer Duty and general marketing governance.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain corporate brand standards, toneâofâvoice, and messaging discipline.
- Prioritise work effectively within a selfâdirected environment to meet agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with technical and digital teams to support webpage builds and updates.
- Optimise content for SEO, user experience, and broader marketing objectives.
- Ensure all content aligns with regulatory expectations for financial communications in a compliant and responsible manner.
- Apply SEO best practice and analytics insight to enhance content performance.
- Maintain high editorial standards across grammar, structure, readability, and accuracy.
- Experience working as a Marketing Executive or in a similar marketing coordination role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing execution and content workflows.
- Excellent written English, with high standards for grammar and composition.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and content publishing processes.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Understanding of FCA guidelines, marketing best practice, and Consumer Duty expectations.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationshipâbuilding skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Analytical thinker able to incorporate feedback and align content with regulatory requirements.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
