Our Insurance client is modernising their digital estate, building new cloud-native applications, enhancing automation, and improving how users experience our technology across the business. As part of this transformation, we are strengthening our front-end engineering capability to deliver high-quality, intuitive, and performant user experiences.
As a Front-End Engineer within Digital Solutions, you will play a hands-on role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of clients' applications. You will work across both new and existing platforms, helping to evolve our UI capability as we transition from vendor-configured tools toward more modern, bespoke, and cloud-native solutions. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about user experience, enjoy working with modern front-end frameworks, and want to be part of a team that is actively improving how software is designed, built, and delivered. Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements
- Analyse business needs, system dependencies, and workflows.
- Shape application solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Communicate design options and technical approaches clearly.
- Contribute to architecture, hosting standards, UX/UI patterns, and design frameworks.
- Design APIs, integrations, orchestration components, schemas, and user interfaces.
- Ensure strong security, identity, and governance alignment.
- Hands-on development using .NET/C#, SQL Server, React, and Python.
- Produce maintainable, well-documented, secure code.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and agile delivery.

- CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps and IaC using Terraform.
- Experience with Power Platform, SharePoint, or Visual Studio.
- Deployment experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
