Role Overview
We are looking for multiple open-minded and adaptable Junior QA Engineers to join our Testing Practice, with immediate deployment opportunities onsite with one of our largest Financial Services clients, based in London. These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how large-scale platforms work end-to-end, is naturally curious, and thrives in environments where continuous learning is essential. Previous experience with specific vendor platforms is not required. Instead, we are looking for strong problem-solving ability, systems thinking, and the capability to quickly absorb new concepts, technologies, and domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain quality assurance activities across complex systems and integrations
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand system behaviour, requirements, and impacts
- Identify, investigate, and clearly articulate defects, risks, and quality concerns
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tooling, and ways of working
- Build a strong understanding of the end-to-end system landscape, ensuring changes are assessed holistically
- Support testing across multiple layers, including system, integration, and data flows
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and domain knowledge relevant to the platform
