Overview: Albany Beck is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead PMO to support a major investment bank in delivering a high-impact, fast-paced change programme replacing a legacy core banking system. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in PMO who thrives in environments with evolving processes and limited structure. If youβre hands-on, thrive in ambiguity, and have experience presenting at senior levels, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Act as the PMO lead for a next-level programme within the bank Work independently and collaboratively to drive delivery across multiple workstreams Navigate a fluid environment with limited established routines or processes Support planning activities including quarterly Programme Increment (PI) planning Own and manage dependency tracking, risk and issue management, and reporting Support onboarding/offboarding of resources and maintain resource tracking Present at governance forums and tollgate reviews, including SteerCo Contribute to testing readiness and go-live preparedness Ensure audit-readiness and oversee the implementation of key artefacts Maintain and manage SharePoint documentation and governance controls Support the Implementation Manager to ensure a smooth path to production Experience Required: 10β15 years of experience in PMO, programme/project delivery, or business analysis Proven ability to operate at a senior level and confidently present to sponsors Experience in change programmes within banking or financial services Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable with ambiguity and able to evolve processes on the go \”Roll sleeves up\” attitude β willing to get involved at all levels Experience within wealth or private banking is a plus Key Skills: Planning support and project governance Dependency management and reporting Risk and issue management Light-touch financial tracking SteerCo presentation and tollgate preparation SharePoint and artefact management Strong organisational and communication skills41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
