Role Overview

This role focuses on supporting full-cycle software implementation within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on training, user adoption, and successful delivery. The position requires working across business and technical teams to translate requirements, deliver training, and ensure smooth implementation and embedment of systems. The individual will act as a key operational point of contact during implementation phases, helping to resolve issues, drive engagement, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create clarity, structure, and momentum in ambiguous environments
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executives
  • Translate technical requirements for development teams and deliver training to business (end users)
  • Develop training materials and deliver hands-on training sessions to stakeholders at all levels
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact during implementation phases
  • Manage and resolve issues, queries, and concerns related to implementations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
  • Liaise with relevant business areas and teams to support successful delivery
  • Support system adoption and embedment through effective training and engagement
  • Use project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project Plan to support delivery
  • Facilitate interactive learning sessions, manage discussions, and respond to stakeholder questions

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in software implementation, training, delivery, system adoption, embedment, or similar roles
  • Proven experience working on complex, multi-team implementations
  • Proven experience delivering full-cycle software implementations, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and platform capabilities
  • Understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, security model, and data loading (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud (advantageous)
  • Exposure to Agentic AI (e.g. Salesforce Agentforce) (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project Plan
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver training content tailored to business needs
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, including:
  • Clear and engaging communication and presentation
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex concepts
  • Ability to manage discussions and facilitate interactive learning sessions
