Overview

We are looking for two highly capable Data Designers to join a complex enterprise banking environment. These roles are ideal for technically strong individuals who can operate between business and technology teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions across a large-scale data and tooling landscape. These will play a key role in assessing current-state tooling and data architecture, designing future-state data requirements, and driving simplification, automation, and AI-enabled data capabilities across the organisation. This is a highly visible role working closely with senior business stakeholders, developers, engineers, and architecture teams.

Required Experience

  • Strong experience working in complex enterprise technology environments within banking or financial services
  • Proven ability to operate between business and technical teams
  • Experience defining data requirements, data flows, and integration approaches
  • Strong understanding of data consumption patterns
  • Experience working with dashboards, reporting, and multi-source data environments
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior business stakeholders
  • Experience working alongside developers, engineers, and architecture teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Desirables:

  • Any experience working with Op's resilience, risk or third party management
  • ServiceNow or similar
