About the Role

Albany Beck is seeking a high-calibre Transformation PMO Lead to support a strategic Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) programme within a leading global investment bank. This is not a traditional PMO role. We are looking for an individual who combines strong governance and delivery discipline with transformation leadership, business analysis, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement expertise. You will operate at the heart of a critical regulatory and resilience programme, partnering with senior stakeholders across Risk, Operations, Technology, Procurement and Business Functions to drive Third Party Business Continuity Management (BCM), Exit Planning and Operational Resilience initiatives. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable challenging operating models, facilitating workshops, defining future-state processes, driving programme governance, and translating complex business problems into structured delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead governance, delivery assurance and transformation activities across key Third Party Risk and Operational Resilience workstreams.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape solutions, define priorities and drive programme outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and working groups to identify challenges, define future-state processes and deliver sustainable business improvements.
  • Develop problem statements, business requirements, operating model artefacts and delivery roadmaps.
  • Design and document as-is and to-be processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and business objectives.
  • Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across Third Party BCM and Exit Planning activities.
  • Establish meaningful programme metrics, reporting and management information to support decision-making and executive oversight.
  • Produce high-quality steering committee materials, executive presentations and programme communications.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, driving resolution through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Support programme mobilisation, governance forums, operational readiness and implementation activities.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Significant experience operating as a Transformation PMO Lead, Delivery Lead, Programme Lead or Senior PMO within complex change environments.
  • Strong background delivering large-scale transformation, regulatory, risk, resilience or operating model programmes within financial services.
  • Experience across Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management (BCM), supplier governance or related risk disciplines.
  • Demonstrable experience designing governance frameworks, delivery structures, reporting controls and sustainable operating models.
  • Strong business analysis capability, including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder workshop facilitation.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency across complex organisations.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with experience producing materials for senior leadership and governance committees.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across Risk, Operations, Compliance, Procurement and Technology functions.
  • Experience operating within highly regulated environments and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Ideal Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who have delivered enterprise-wide transformation programmes and can demonstrate a blend of governance leadership, business change, operational improvement and strategic delivery capability. This role would suit an individual who thrives in ambiguity, can navigate complex stakeholder environments, and enjoys turning regulatory and operational challenges into practical, sustainable business outcomes.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role within a high-profile programme delivering critical risk, resilience and governance capabilities for a global financial institution. You will be positioned at the centre of strategic decision-making, helping shape both programme delivery and long-term operational outcomes.
