Role Overview
We’re currently looking for multiple motivated and detail-driven PMO Analysts to join our Change & Transformation practice, with immediate deployment opportunities onsite with one of our Globally Recognised Financial Services clients. The roles will be expected to support delivery, governance, and reporting across a large and dynamic change portfolio. These roles sit at the heart of the organisation’s portfolio management function and offer exposure to senior leaders, structured methodologies, and enterprise-level tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Governance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and complete project and portfolio data within Clarity PPM.
- Support regular reporting cycles, including monthly dashboards, portfolio summaries, and status reporting.
- Produce high-quality materials for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
- Track corrective actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
- Data Quality & Insight
- Conduct data checks, validate inputs, and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
- Use Excel to analyse trends, highlight variances, and support decision-making.
- Identify gaps in data quality and work with project teams to resolve them.
- Maintain KPIs, metrics, and portfolio analytics.
- PMO Operations & Support
- Assist in the operation of PMO processes, controls, frameworks, and templates.
- Coordinate inputs for portfolio reviews, planning cycles, and governance sessions.
- Support the implementation of improvements in reporting, tooling, and process efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for project teams using Clarity PPM.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with project managers, delivery leads, and PMO leadership.
- Communicate clearly when requesting updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Build positive working relationships and promote a culture of good governance and data discipline.

- Coaching and training across PMO practices, BA skills, Clarity PPM usage, and delivery methodologies.
