  • Support the design and delivery of intuitive digital journeys across client-facing web and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with product and delivery teams to prioritise requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps throughout the project lifecycle and support mitigation planning.
  • Ensure traceability between business requirements, user stories, testing outcomes, and delivered functionality.
  • Support business readiness, UAT coordination, and change adoption activities where required.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Business Analyst within digital transformation or change programmes.
  • Strong experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working within agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent business process mapping and workflow analysis skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, structured documentation and delivery artefacts.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and user-centric design principles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Visio, or similar collaboration/documentation platforms.
