We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst with strong insurance domain expertise to join a long-term data transformation programme supporting a leading insurance organisation. This role will play a critical part in improving enterprise-wide data quality, consistency and ownership across the group. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, data modellers and technology teams to resolve existing data deficiencies and establish a single, agreed view of business data.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of insurance operations, data structures and SQL-based data analysis to support transformation initiatives and drive lasting improvements in data governance.
