Our Change & Transformation practice supports clients with strategic business change initiatives, ensuring value-driven outcomes through tailored delivery models. The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Change & Transformation Practice, with immediate deployment to a leading Wealth Manager in London. You’ll play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of business change projects, with a particular focus on Client Onboarding or other client-facing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather, document, and validate requirements Analyse and map current vs. target state business processes Facilitate workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders to identify business needs Define and document functional and non-functional requirements Support the end-to-end delivery of change, from design through to implementation and post-implementation reviews Ensure alignment with regulatory, operational, and strategic goals Monitor and report progress, identifying risks and issues early Required Experience Wealth Management industry experience is essential Demonstrable experience in business change projects (non-technical focus) Proven track record on Client Onboarding programmes is highly desirable Alternatively, experience on other client-facing change programmes Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with front office, compliance, operations, and technology teams Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, adaptable, and delivery-focused Confident working in fast-paced, dynamic environments41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
