Albany Beck is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with an excellent background in Business Management Support to work with a leading financial services firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in financial and workforce management, vendor oversight, and executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Management & Reporting
- Support business management activities, including financial oversight, procurement, vendor management, and workforce tracking.
- Build and maintain reports for both senior and junior management, translating complex data into clear, presentable formats (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Take minutes and track actions from key meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Financial & Accounting Oversight
- Manage budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
- Oversee purchase order management and month-end financial processes.
- Workforce & Vendor Management
- Track workforce headcount and hiring pipelines.
- Assist with joiner-mover-leaver processes and workforce analytics.
- Support workforce training and experience tracking to identify skill gaps.
- Oversee vendor contract renewals/terminations and assist with SLA tracking and risk assessments.
- Security Management Support
- Manage calendars for security forums and ensure key reporting deadlines are met.
- Organize and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong Excel skills – data collation, analysis, and organization.
- Experience building reports in PowerPoint for different management levels.
