The successful candidate will provide high-quality mortgage advice, guiding clients through the entire mortgage process and recommending suitable products based on individual needs and financial circumstances.

  • Provide professional, compliant mortgage advice tailored to clients' financial situations.
  • Recommend suitable mortgage and protection products in line with FCA regulations.
  • Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors.
  • Keep up to date with mortgage products, lender criteria, and market changes.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining high service standards.

Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker is required. Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lender criteria is essential. The candidate should be confident using CRM systems and mortgage sourcing software.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm.
