My client is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on the role of Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be customer friendly, hardworking and energetic. They will thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
We need a Sales Manager who will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your department ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved.
- Effectively plan and execute the business strategy.
- Be both a role model for the centre's team and make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike.
- Motivate and inspire others to raise the bar.
- Be results driven with a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets.
- Have a proactive approach to growing the company's membership base.
This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
