Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are hiring an Trainee Recruitment Consultant for a Hertfordshire recruitment client based near Berkhamsted.

The role is client facing and will focus on developing existing client accounts, mapping out the organisations and increasing revenue in those accounts.

The clients are based all over the EU and US and some UK so client interaction is mostly by video call but might involve some travel in the UK and EU. They cover the Pharma/Life Sciences/Supply Chain sectors and and although Pharma/Life Sciences recruitment experience is ideal Technology/Manufacturing/Engineering recruitment experience will also be considered.

You need to have 2-3 years proven recruitment experience, have a stable work history that demonstrates results and be able to confidently deal with client interactions, negotiate and renew Terms and develop business.
