My client is looking for a Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor to deliver expert mortgage and protection advice, converting a strong pipeline of estate agency leads into successful outcomes while consistently achieving high performance across both mortgage and protection sales. The role plays a key part in driving revenue, delivering an outstanding client experience, and supporting the future growth of the company through strong personal performance, leveraging existing networks, proactively generating new opportunities, and mentoring and supporting a second advisor within the business.
Key responsibilities and result areas:
- Provide expert, compliant and tailored mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
- Take full ownership of a high-quality, estate agency-led pipeline and convert opportunities into successful outcomes.
- Proactively generate additional business through leveraging existing client networks, introducers and professional contacts.
- Build and expand your own pipeline through consistent networking, referrals and relationship development.
- Act as a leading performer within the business, consistently achieving and exceeding mortgage and protection targets.
- Deliver an outstanding client journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Build strong, long-term relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for future business and referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market, lender criteria and protection solutions to ensure best-in-class advice.
- Manage mortgage and protection applications end-to-end with accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.
- Maximise protection opportunities, ensuring every client receives appropriate and comprehensive advice.
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support, mentor and guide a second advisor, sharing best practice and contributing to their development and overall team performance.
- Contribute positively to the growth, culture and commercial success of the company.
This role is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm. Basic salary of £35,000 OTE up to £60,000.
