My client is seeking a Senior Negotiator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to work within their well established independent Estate Agency based in the heart of St. Albans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Valuations
- Producing Market Valuation Reports: Conduct detailed property assessments and prepare accurate market valuation reports using comparable evidence, market data, and professional judgement.
- Following Up on Valuations: Maintain consistent communication with potential clients post-valuation to secure instructions and provide further guidance as required.
- Preparing Sales Particulars: Create high-quality property particulars, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong presentation to support marketing efforts.
- Preparing Marketing Plans: Develop tailored marketing strategies for each property, including pricing advice, recommended marketing channels, and timelines.
