Lettings and Management: Ensuring rent payments are matched against rent charges in CRM Following up with tenants on unpaid rent.

Reporting rent arrears to property manager.

Preparing landlord statements for remittance.

Sales and Purchase Ledgers: Processing expenses (coding, getting approval, and processing for payment). Processing sales on QuickBooks.

Reconciling Payments and Receipts.

Reconciling Supplier and Customer Statements.
