We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer in East Kilbride (Onsite with flex) for a full-time position of 35 hours per week. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our small, high-impact engineering team. You’ll play a key role in designing and building modern banking applications, contributing to architecture decisions, and helping shape the future of our technology as we scale.
What you'll do:
- Develop microservices and APIs to support our fintech platform
- Design and maintain cloud-based services on Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and business teams
- Take ownership of system architecture, performance, and security best practices
- Contribute to innovation, technical direction, and continuous improvement
- Mentor team members and share knowledge to drive technical excellence
