As Head of Engineering, you'll lead our engineering function, driving the delivery of scalable, secure and innovative technology solutions that support our ambitious growth plans. What you'll do: Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing engineering team. Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned to business objectives. Drive the successful delivery of technology projects and product initiatives. Collaborate closely with Product, Operations and business stakeholders to deliver customer‑focused solutions. Champion modern engineering practices, Agile delivery and continuous improvement. Ensure the security, resilience, scalability and performance of our technology platforms. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous learning. Provide technical leadership and trusted advice to senior stakeholders and the Executive team. Manage third‑party technology partners and suppliers to support successful delivery. What you'll bring: Extensive software engineering experience, including full‑stack development in scalable environments. Significant people leadership experience with a proven track record of building and developing high‑performing engineering teams. Experience leading complex technology programmes and delivering business‑critical solutions. Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering best practice and modern delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
