This on-site role (with flex) sits at the heart of Alba, a growing challenger bank focused on a human-centred approach to modern banking, and offers the chance to shape how change is embedded across the organisation.
You will own and continuously enhance the Bank's Change Management Framework, governance, controls and reporting.
