We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help shape and deliver high-quality management information (MI) and insights across the bank. You’ll play a key role in developing robust, trusted reporting, working closely with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful insights that drive better decision-making in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports from data sourcing through to insight delivery
- Build and optimise data models to ensure performance, scalability, and usability
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, risk, finance, and operations
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting outputs
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and best practice
- Support data literacy and promote a data-driven culture across the organisation
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in data analysis or MI (ideally regulated environments)
- Solid SQL and experience with multiple data sources
- Good understanding of data governance, quality, and security
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a small team
