Alba Restaurant is seeking a passionate and reliable Prep Chef to join our kitchen team in Knightsbridge, opposite Harrods. Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Alba is a refined Italian restaurant where authentic hospitality, exceptional ingredients and modern flair come together in a truly memorable dining experience.
Working alongside the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of service by preparing fresh ingredients, assisting with mise en place, and helping to maintain the highest standards of quality, cleanliness and organisation.

About You
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, ideally as a Prep Chef, Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant
- Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Good knife skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, H&S and allergens
- Organised, reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Eager to learn and develop within a quality-driven kitchen
- Italian cuisine and/or seafood experience is a plus
