About You:
- Passionate about delivering a truly exemplary guest experience
- Strong knowledge of Italian and international wines
- Experienced in a premium, fine dining or high‑end restaurant environment
- Confident leading wine service and supporting the floor team
- Able to train, inspire and develop others
- Commercially aware, with good understanding of stock control, GP and wine list management
- Committed to the highest standards of service and presentation
- Warm, professional and confident when engaging with guests
