Alba Restaurant is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Pizza Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Knightsbridge, opposite Harrods. Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Alba is a refined Italian restaurant where authentic hospitality, exceptional ingredients and modern flair come together in a truly memorable dining experience. Working alongside the Head Chef and our kitchen team, you will support the day-to-day running of the pizza section, from dough preparation and stretching to topping and cooking. You will help deliver consistently high-quality pizzas, develop your skills and maintain excellent standards in a quality-driven, ambitious kitchen.
