Alba Restaurant is seeking a passionate and talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Knightsbridge, opposite Harrods. Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Alba is a refined Italian restaurant where authentic hospitality, exceptional ingredients and modern flair come together in a truly memorable dining experience.
Working alongside Head Chef, you will play an important role in delivering beautifully executed dishes in a quality-driven, ambitious kitchen.

About you
Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
Strong understanding of food hygiene, H&S and allergens
Eager to learn and develop
Italian cuisine and/or seafood experience is a plus
