Alba Restaurant is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Pizza Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Knightsbridge, opposite Harrods. Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Alba is a refined Italian restaurant where authentic hospitality, exceptional ingredients and modern flair come together in a truly memorable dining experience.
Working alongside the Head Chef and our kitchen team, you will support the day-to-day running of the pizza section, from dough preparation and stretching to topping and cooking. You will help deliver consistently high-quality pizzas, develop your skills and maintain excellent standards in a quality-driven, ambitious kitchen.

About you:
Experience in a pizza section as a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef ready to take the next step, or in a similar role
Practical experience in pizza dough preparation, stretching and cooking
A basic understanding of dough fermentation and a willingness to develop your skills
Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian pizza
Good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety, and allergens
Ability to maintain consistency, organisation and attention to detail during a busy service
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong team spirit
Flexibility to support other kitchen sections when required
