We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Wine to join our beautiful 2 AA Rosette restaurant in Knightsbridge, becoming part of our family and leading a world-class wine experience alongside the highest quality Amalfi-inspired cuisine.

As Head of Wine, you will lead and develop our wine offering, support the team with training and knowledge, deliver exceptional guest recommendations, and ensure every bottle perfectly complements the elegance, warmth and creativity of our restaurant.

  • Strong knowledge of Italian and international wines
  • Experienced in a premium, fine dining or high-end restaurant environment
  • Confident leading wine service and supporting the floor team
  • Able to train, inspire and develop others
  • Commercially aware, with good understanding of stock control, GP and wine list management
  • Committed to the highest standards of service and presentation
  • Warm, professional and confident when engaging with guests
