Alba Restaurant is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Knightsbridge, opposite Harrods. Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Alba is a refined Italian restaurant where authentic hospitality, exceptional ingredients and modern flair come together in a truly memorable dining experience.
Working alongside the Head Chef and our kitchen team, you will support the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes, develop your skills and help maintain excellent standards in a quality-driven, ambitious kitchen.

About you:
- Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef ready to take the next step, or in a similar kitchen role
- Good basic cooking skills and a willingness to learn across different kitchen sections
- Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and Italian cuisine
- Good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety, and allergens
- Ability to work well under pressure during a busy service
- A positive attitude, attention to detail and a strong team spirit
- Pizza experience, including dough preparation, stretching and cooking, is an advantage but not essential
